The PNW Music Awards are a not for profit acknowledgement and celebration of excellence in music and entertainment by and for the music community member of Oregon and Washington. It is an endeavor to publicly praise and honor hard work, dedication, skill and passion for local artistry, as well as encourage future music makers.

Submission for nomination consideration opens on June 1st 2024. At this time, artists are encouraged to submit their music for consideration in relevant categories. Nomination submissions will close on August 9th 2024. On August 12th the Voting Panel will select 5 Nominees in each category, to be announced on September 26th. On October 1st the Panel will vote for the Winner in each category. The Live Awards Ceremony will take place at The Old Church Concert Hall in Portland, Oregon on Sunday, November 10th.

Music released between August 1st 2023 and July 31st 2024 by musicians residing full time in Oregon or Washington at the time of the music’s release. For complete eligibility requirements, please see our Official Guidelines.

An official Voting Panel, comprised of a variety of local musicians, music industry professionals, and music fans, will volunteer to help select the Nominees and Winners in each category. For a complete beakdown of our voting process, please see our Official Guidelines.

The complete breakdown of Awards can be found under the Official Guidelines, but, as a general rule, named Winners will receive an Awards Certificate from the PNW Music Awards, and a Golden Microphone statuette.

Yes please! Currently, we're looking for volunteer Voting Panel members to help us decide on the Nominees and Winners for each category.
